21 Days // No Sweets Treat

Okay, so a little bit of honesty here, I haven't exactly been nailing the whole no sweets thing.  I've been much better than my previous habits, but definitely not cold turkey.

But something that has been extremely helpful to banish cravings is frozen grapes!  Have you ever had frozen grapes?!  They are simply wonderful.  Any frozen fruit will suffice to cut sugar cravings, but frozen grapes are particularly delicious.  Trust me when I tell you that eating a bowl of frozen grapes does not feel like a compromise at all.  So next time you're at the grocery store, pick up a bag of grapes instead of a carton of ice cream and you will not regret it.
